It is organised as an association with voluntary membership and uses a general secretariat to implement its operational goals. We are looking for support in the area of team assistance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we offer?<br \/>\n<\/strong>An interesting and varied area of responsibility in a friendly, committed team with a very pleasant and employee-orientated working atmosphere. We rely on long-term co-operation in a very stable environment and offer the opportunity to develop professionally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What activities await you?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Supporting the speakers and the Secretary General in all organisational matters<br \/>\nGeneral secretarial tasks such as organising appointments, correspondence in German and English, travel management as well as travel and expense accounting, mail processing and proofreading of various texts<br \/>\nSupport of external accounting through pre-accounting, dunning and management of the manual cash register<br \/>\nCollaboration and support in various projects<br \/>\nAdministrator functions for the FHK websites and databases including user support.<br \/>\nWorkshop organisation and event management<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you bring with you?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Matura<br \/>\nExcellent German language skills (incl. spelling) and good written and spoken English skills<br \/>\nVery good MS Office user skills (ideally incl.
